Cheque or money order in Canadian funds must accompany your order. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Please email your order to us and we tell you the exact cost for shipping and handling. There is a minimum $15 shipping cost for all plant orders. When we receive your cheque or money order by mail we will e-mail you to confirm your order and tell you the estimated shipping date. If you do not hear from us within a week, please e-mail us, just in case your order got "eaten" in transit.

Please note, there is no charge for shipping and handling on Gift Certificates. (Our small gift to you!)

All deliveries made by UPS require a signature upon receipt and cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box or a Rural Route number. Please provide a "daytime" address and phone number.

CUSTOMERS IN USA AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Please note that we can not ship plants outside of Canada without special arrangements. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary information on the regulations needed to ship plants to your Country/ State. If plants are shipped without the necessary paperwork, they could be confiscated and destroyed at the Border. See our page on Ordering Plants on the Internet for more information.

TAXES

G.S.T.-All orders shipped to a Canadian address are subject to the 7% Goods and Services Tax. Calculate the tax on the value of your order including shipping charges. All items are subject to the G.S.T.

P.S.T.- All orders shipped to an Ontario address are subject to the 8% Provincial Sales Tax. Calculate the tax on the value of your order including shipping charges. All items, EXCEPT BOOKS are subject to the P.S.T.

H.S.T.- All orders shipped to an address in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland are subject to the 15% Harmonized Sales Tax. All items are subject to the H.S.T.This includes the G.S.T., you don't have to pay both.

Please note: there is no tax (P.S.T. or G.S.T.) charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates.
